LIVE LOAD OPERATIONS Highly variable and often slow. 2-4 hour waits common; some reports of 6-8+ hours. One loader handling most work. Appointment times frequently not honored. Don't show up early. Once loading starts, can move relatively quickly (30 mins to 1+ hour to complete). Bring food and water. DROP AND HOOK Fast turnaround — typically 20-30 minutes, sometimes under 2 hours. BATHROOM ACCESS Major ongoing issue. Indoor restroom in shipping office locked to drivers. Port-a-potty at far end of lot. Use facilities before arriving. STAFF & ATMOSPHERE Highly inconsistent. Security guards generally professional and helpful. Shipping office staff ranges from excellent and friendly to unprofessional and dismissive. Some reports of staff not wearing masks while requiring drivers to wear them. Phone communication sometimes poor — brokers having difficulty reaching office. SAFETY/REQUIREMENTS Mask policy enforced for drivers (not consistently enforced for staff). Load bars used; don't expect your straps to be returned. CANADA LOADS Frequently not ready on time.
