Paper rolls: use Perkins Rd entrance, take first right or you'll hit median and have to loop around. Walk in side door by docks with paperwork. Time stamp when truck pulls out, they'll collect paperwork when you pull in. Check in with office if truck already in bay; they should take you by your appointment time next. Unload Operations Single forklift operator doing all unloads. Chronic bottleneck. 4 docks total, often only 1-2 open for paper roll deliveries. Wait times: consistently 3-8 hours reported. Some under 1 hour (rare, typically off-shift). Don't expect quick service. Paper rolls are first-come, first-serve by bay availability (not scheduled appointments). Staff takes frequent breaks. No sense of urgency. Live loads: separate area, load readiness varies. Hours & Scheduling Mon-Fri receiving. Closes midnight Friday, closed weekends. 24/7 receiving mentioned in one review, but conflicting with M-F only note. Paper roll receiving confirmed M-F. Facility Tight trailer parking when 3+ trucks present. May need to use nearby truck stop. Portajohn available at roll dock but reportedly not maintained (no cleaning, no TP). Easy to spot from road. General Staff attitudes mixed: some very helpful and professional, others described as relaxed/indifferent. Bring food and drink — you'll wait. Don't attempt pickups here.

PaperRolls drop:<br>Spoke to warehouse manager on 3/6/26 a really nice guy. I upgraded to 5 stars because the manager was really cool and wants to get us in and out. If everyone adheres to your time slot it all will process faster.<br><br>Show up on time for your appointment, if it is your appointment time and there is a truck in the bay - check in with office with your appointment time, so you go next.<br><br>It's not 1st come 1st serve : you will be taken by your appointment time moving forward! It does not matter how long the next person has been waiting in the lot they WILL TAKE you by your appointment time.<br><br>This should speed the process up getting in and out of here.<br><br>I will update the back end of this review on my next visit here. Thanks All.<br><br>Previous review pending edit…<br>Truck Drivers if you value your dot-clock! Never try this location at half clock or towards the back end of your clock or it will bite you!! Try and get to it right out of the start of your day.<br><br>Place is Easy to get in and out of.<br><br>Paper Rolls delivery : turn onto Perkins 2nd left back into a parking spot (not many) wait for an open bay.<br><br>When a bay is open and you’re next just back in a setup. Tandems back and doors opens chock wheel.<br><br>** Everyone today waited their turn and we all backed in the order we arrived - awesome brotherhood.<br><br>UnLoader will come out and get paperwork from you so wait in your truck and they also lock an airline.<br><br>Unloader will bring your paperwork back out and unlock you and then are good to go.<br><br>Be as close as you get before coming here at the start of your day, if dropping paper rolls. It’s first come 1st serve but good lord it is the slow.<br>And Slow is a mild word to use.<br><br>* Back again 3/6/26 same results :(

Lazy, Lazy, Lazy workers... I could unload 5 trucks to their 1..
This place sux if you are loading or unloading Roll stock. They are 24/7 but you could be here 6 to 8 hours. Only got 4 docks
