FCFS once you check in. Don't back into dock before check-in; park on street first and hand paperwork with cell number to staff. Unload Times Wildly inconsistent. Best case: 1–2 hours door-to-door. Common case: 3–5 hours. Worst case: 7–12+ hours reported multiple times. Limited forklift operators. Lumper fee required (Capstone company handles payments). Wait for Door 30 minutes to 2+ hours after check-in before getting a bay assignment. Staff allegedly favor regulars for dock priority. Operations Live unload only. Saturday facility closed; don't plan arrivals then. Receiving window tight—miss appointment window and face rescheduling to next night. Facility Street parking available for overnight (legal in industrial area, but limited lighting). NO restrooms for drivers—none. Some drivers recommend Loves Travel Center 5–8 miles down road or CEFCO truckstop 1.5 miles away. Staff & Attitude Mixed reports. Some describe staff as friendly and professional; others report rude, dismissive behavior (particularly lumper company). Inconsistent service quality shift-to-shift. Bottom Line Easy facility to access and dock into, but plan for extended stay. Bring food, water, patience. Unload speed unpredictable. No restrooms is significant operational gap. No restroom for drivers. 2100 appoint. Checked in at 1930. Didn't get door till 2300, didn't get unloaded till 0130.<br><br>We can't let these places keep getting away with this. Holding you hostage for several hours and won't even provide a porta potty.<br><br>Report this place to OSHA. Report it to your congressman and support hr2514.
For me it was ok, but they dont have a restroom for truckers
Absolutely abysmal location, try and avoid it at all costs, as usual its capstone so if you have dealt with them before you know how it is but this location is 5 times worse than others, usual lazy slow workers,update incompetent is an understatement these guys are horrendous, they unload one truck then smoke broke then count the product from that truck then smoke break again then they send you lumper fee which takes 2 hours , they spend more time<br>Smoking than working
