Facility info
Appointments: Strict enforcement—arrive late and face hard time or rescheduling to next day. Don't arrive more than 10 minutes early or they won't take you. Call ahead for Will Call and delivery slots. Check-in: Gate opens 6am. Check in at gate/intercom. Early arrivals may get doors before appointment time, but no guarantee. Unloading: Highly variable—ranges from 45 minutes to 7+ hours. Capstone handles lumping (lumper fee required). Reinhart staff then checks, stickers, and receives freight. Multiple pallets or complex loads take longer. Unloading can start before or well after appointment time with no predictable pattern. Paperwork process: Drop BOL at door 8 mail box. Wait for green light signal. Retrieve signed bills from bottom mail box. No notification when paperwork is ready—check box yourself. Some drivers missed pickups because other drivers grabbed their bills by mistake. Overnight parking: None at facility. Street parking available with room for several trucks (no police issues reported). Rest area 15 minutes away on I-89. Don't use back roads—stick to State Road/VT 289. Bathrooms: Inside facility available. One review mentioned no driver restrooms and only portable toilet outside. Staff attitude: Mixed. Reinhart receiving staff generally polite and professional. Capstone lumpers and some yard personnel reported as rude, dismissive, impatient, or abusive in interactions. Yard conditions: One-way in/out via car entrance on right. Easy backing. Fence on left marks entry. Trucks staged on roadside. No amenities—deli available, no fast food. Safety/access issues: Directional confusion on mapping. Allen Road approach has confusing signage; use Thompson Drive instead. Some driver conduct issues reported at facility entrance.
Driver reviews
Very stick on appointment & no truck parking at had to parked 5 miles near by to layover for Delivery.
Oh, yeah, this place is horrible, absolutely Terrible no lie. Tell your brokers, tell your dispatchers "Don't SEND ME there, Please Don't send me there. If you need to refuse the load not to come here, It's well worth it. They call themselves performance Food services, have a taste. What, a taste of disgusting cause this place is disgusting. If you're late, you're stuck like I was late an hour because of mother earth. Raining and all kind of crazy accidents, and someone died on the highway. You think they cared nope, I sat here over 48 hours trying to get unloaded, 48 hours crazy.
Its been 5 hours still nothing very slow
At the office, they told me that if I wanted to get unloaded faster, I could help the worker. I agreed. I placed a few boxes incorrectly, and this young worker started insulting me using profanity, even though I was helping him. Now he has demonstratively stopped unloading my truck. Other trucks are also being unloaded very slowly. I’ve read reviews about similar situations here. I think the owners should pay attention to this.
