Facility info

Operations — Appointment scheduling in place — Mix of live load and drop-and-hook operations — Unload wait times highly inconsistent: 6-10 hours reported frequently, but some drivers report fast turnarounds — Paperwork issues noted—verify load details and trailer parking instructions at check-in — Mask requirement enforced Facility experience — Open, spacious DC layout — Staff attitude mixed: Loss Prevention crew praised for hospitality in some reviews; other drivers report slow service — No overnight parking information in reviews — No bathroom availability mentioned Bottom line This facility shows wildly inconsistent performance. Some drivers get through quickly on drop-and-hook; others wait 7-10 hours for unloading at the same location. Plan for extended wait time but know faster service is possible. Clarify your load requirements and parking location upfront.
