Driver reviews
Appointment for 5am arrived at 4:30 found gate open, drove in and parked. Downloaded the checkin app. Got a call 5 minutes later for a door. Unloaded in 30min, waited 30min for paperwork.
They are quick to unload within one hour. I had one more delivery after this unload and requested them to move just one pallet down from double stack so that load can be properly secured for next drop but DECLINED THE REQUEST. SINCE being truck driver we are responsible for SAFE delivery of product. I am requesting the americold corporation to HELP GENUINE REQUESTS that needed product safety.
Receiving people is not helpful with very poor lumper payments instruction.
Won't let you in until your appointment time exactly on the dot and will give you an attitude about it like it's your fault they felt the need to be different from every other facility in the world.
