WAIT TIMES Expect 10–18+ hours from check-in to load completion. Many drivers report 14–18 hour waits; a few get in under 2 hours. No visibility on queue position. Staff can't tell you how many trucks ahead or give ETA. Inconsistent door assignment — some drivers get doors immediately, others wait hours after check-in. CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS QR code check-in at gate shack (door 1), then wait for text with door assignment. Text door number to facility after scanning QR. Drop and hook operation — you may need to move loaded trailers to access yours. Pre-cool reefers before load; slide tandems; chock tires. FACILITY EXPERIENCE NO overnight parking (new policy due to limited shifts; no third shift yet). No bathrooms available during long waits. New building, decent maneuvering space, but tight dock access — blind sides or backing from guard shack required. Security/staff attitude reported as unprofessional and disrespectful; poor communication. Don't leave trash — it jeopardizes future overnight parking access. NAVIGATION From I-95: second entrance past liquor store on left. If first entrance is closed, drive 1000+ feet to next red light, turn right to guard shack. Staging area on right after guard shack.

I would i can give them 0 star. Apt 11am arrives 11:15 checked in and then they let me wait to 3pm give me door then now 8:00 pm still waiting they’re not touch my trailer yet. Diesel is $6 per gallon and my reefer running for nothing. Waste time losing money. Never ever come back here again. Driver do not come here all the reviews are right. This place is awful
I had a very disappointing experience at this warehouse. The security staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Their attitude made the entire check-in process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. As a truck driver, time is critical, and the way security handled things caused significant delays. Instead of being efficient and helpful, they slowed everything down with poor communication and lack of organization. This kind of behavior not only reflects badly on the facility but also shows a lack of respect for the drivers who keep operations moving. Management should seriously address this issue and improve their security staff’s professionalism and efficiency.
