LIVE LOAD UNLOADING: Expect 3–15 hours to unload. Many waits of 5+ hours common. Priority loading prioritizes certain products over others, not first-come-first-served. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING: Appointment time is largely meaningless. Arrive early at your own risk—facility actively discourages early arrival and may ask you to leave. Check-in window closes; some locations enforce 2am earliest check-in for early morning appointments. CHECK-IN PROCESS: Park in staging area on right side of entrance. Walk to guard shack with driver's license, BOL, and safety vest. Fill out form, receive window placard. Gate shack #2 (near parking) often closed; use main entrance shack instead. Process takes 10–15 minutes if smooth. PAPERWORK DELAYS: Major bottleneck. 1–2+ hours waiting for bills after unload complete and green light given. Significant complaint across reviews. LUMPER FEES: $260–$427 typical. Required. Lumper text system used; they come out with paperwork after payment. OVERNIGHT PARKING: Staging area has limited spots (20–25). Cannot stay overnight; security will force you to leave at midnight. Early arrival results in being kicked off premises. No official overnight parking available. FACILITY AMENITIES: Driver lounge on front and back with vending machines and restrooms available. Portable toilets also available (quality complained about). Large parking lot exists but access restricted. FACILITY CONDITIONS: Massive deep potholes in driveway—potential fuel tank/undercarriage damage. Poor road surface. Parking lot cramped and difficult to navigate. STAFF ATTITUDE: Highly inconsistent. Some staff friendly and professional; many guard shack and security personnel described as rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, poor communication skills. Check-in staff occasionally dismissive. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: Safety vest required on property. Tandems must be slid to rear before entering gate or at gate (requirements vary by review). FACILITY LOCATION ISSUES: GPS often routes to employee entrance, not truck entrance. Poor signage until you're in line. First guard sh

When you finally find out why it takes so long for them to count the pallets at this warehouse.

Don’t bother showing up after 2 PM. You’ll get turned away and you can’t come back until 6 PM. So you might as well save yourself a hassle and go to the pilot because there’s no signs indicating anything here they’re just gonna watch you back into a spot and walk all the way over there just to turn you away. Edit: second time here: bananas. Great experience. Added 2 stars because the guards this time were actually working and not just standing around talking. One guy basically doin everything 04/09 1000 am. In a door immediately and unloaded started immediately. Produce has priority apparently

Delivery at Kroger was fairly straightforward. Park in the staging area first, then go to the security office with your driver’s license to get a dock assigned. Unloading was quick—about 30 minutes to 1 hour—but the paperwork took 2+ hours. One downside is there’s no washroom available for drivers, so come prepared. Overall, not too bad, just expect some waiting.
