Operator: Kroger
Facility info
Park truck, walk to guard shack with paperwork, safety vest required or sent back Live load: appointments largely ignored; expect 5–10+ hour waits even with confirmed slot Drop and hook: faster option; some report 30 min–2 hours if facility cooperates Staff consistently rude and disrespectful; security guards frequently hostile to drivers Bathrooms not on-site; directed to Waffle House across street No overnight parking; facility closes and turns away drivers even if early for appointment Tight, congested yard makes backing difficult; poor lighting compounds problem
