Facility info
Scheduling & Operations Appointments required but timing is unreliable — arrival time doesn't guarantee dock assignment. Check-in at door 20 by receiving. Drop trailer and bobtail to assigned parking spot. Hours 6am-3pm Monday-Friday (closed 12-1:30pm). Do not arrive early or late — they may refuse you. Never arrive the day before. Wait Times Highly inconsistent. Some drivers get in and out in under an hour. Others wait 5-6+ hours for unloading. Unload speed appears arbitrary — small loads sometimes sit longer than full trailers. Food distribution loads typically 2-4.5 hours. Lumper service slow on breakdown work. Lumper Fees $100-$410+ depending on load size and complexity. Pallets range $180-$365 for small quantities. Capstone Logistics handles unloading. They take EFS and Comdata. Parking & Yard Very tight, confined space. Only 5 official parking spots. No overnight parking on-site but rest area 15 miles north available. Lot backs up onto street during busy times. Difficult maneuvering for 53-foot trailers. Bobtail parking in front of docks creates conflicts with restaurant drive-thru access. Some drivers report parking in empty spots near trailers overnight without issues. Backing & Docks Tight backing into docks but doable for experienced drivers. Docks 1-15 available (Door 2 reportedly tightest). Yard congestion during peak times makes maneuvers difficult. Facility Experience Staff generally friendly and helpful. Yard jockey sometimes alerts drivers to mechanical issues. Restrooms available and relatively clean. Some staff spend excessive time on phones. No guard at check-in — self-check process at receiving. Reinhart Food Service (now Performance Food Service) facility. Safety & Requirements Disconnect trailer immediately upon dock assignment. Do not park in drive-thru access areas. Hazmat unloading reportedly slow and unprofessional. Reality Check This is a food distribution center typical of the industry. Performance highly variable by day/time. Wednesday afternoons particularly slow. Not worth scheduling if time-sensitive.
Driver reviews
Check in was ok ,put your number and company name on your bills, wait in your truck, parking is kinda of thight, had a four hour wait for a door,
Arrived at 5am
6am appointment
Door given at 9:30 had to wait for some, (google won’t let me call him what I really want to so I’ll just say a very special driver 😊) to come out of door 11 which took him 30 minutes! Because he had to get hooked up, then walked over to talk to another driver, then slowly walked back to unchalk his tires then slowly wound up his landing gear then his air lines then climbed back into his truck, then put on his seat belt, check his phone for text messages, also Facebook, then put his head phones in. I wish I would have recorded it!! Then when I honked at him to go he waved me off like how dare I be impatient! Karma is real dude and I cannot WAIT for it come for you!

Finally got my bills at 11:30am

I told my company they ever send me back I will hand in my keys. This place is a joke and truck drivers do NOT give a rats butt about you!
One of the worst places to deliver. Unprofessional capstone workers, it takes more than four hours to unload! Drivers don’t come here!
Be prepared for minimum of 5 hrs unloading time . Young boy in the receiving office should be new and he have attitude. No honesty, no politeness, no respect for drivers. I will never come back here.
DISCONNECT AFTER BACKING INTO A DOOR AND PULL INTO. A PARKING SPOT!!! I don’t know how many drivers don’t do this and create a tighter situation than it already is. Spots are tight to get into. Other than that it’s your Average food service warehouse. Does have capstone so be prepared for a lumper.
