Scheduling & Check-in Appointments mean little — expect 3-8 hour waits for dock doors even with early arrival. Check-in process: fill out form at window, drop in box, park on street (Pullman St to the left), wait for phone call. Gate doesn't open until ~7am even for 5am appointments. Don't leave truck parked at facility during check-in — police ticket street parking in front of building. Operations Live unload only. Unloading takes 4-6 hours routinely, sometimes 7+. Lumper fees $190-$520 for small loads (2-10 pallets). Late fees enforced strictly on drivers but facility doesn't pay detention. No response from staff unless you walk to office and ask. Paperwork delays common — can wait 1-2 hours after unload finishes. Yard & Maneuvering Dangerously tight backing — inches to spare between parked trucks. Management parks company trucks directly in front of dock doors, blocking access. Docks 1-6 extremely cramped; dock 7 slightly easier. Backup in early (5-6am) to avoid worst congestion. Facility No overnight parking on-site. One portable restroom (unusable according to some). Docks described as filthy and damaged. No waiting area. Yard constantly gridlocked. Staff Receiving clerk widely reported as rude, dismissive, miserable, unwilling to provide guidance. Some reports of yelling at drivers. Other warehouse staff occasionally helpful but inconsistent. Check-in window staff generally unresponsive. Bottom line Plan for 8+ hours total. Arrive very early (5am preferred). Park on street. Expect slow unload and high lumper fees.
