Facility info

OPERATIONS Appointments required but enforcement varies; some drivers turned away without correct pickup number or verification. Shipping/receiving open 0700-1500 only. Check in at doors 22-23. $300 late fee if arriving more than 2 hours past appointment time. Live load only—expect 3-5 hours average wait, sometimes longer. Masks and closed-toed shoes mandatory in warehouse. WAIT TIMES Highly inconsistent. Range: 30-45 minutes (best case) to 5+ hours (common complaint). Multiple reports of 4-hour waits. Loads often not ready on arrival. After check-in, wait for phone call to receive dock assignment, then additional wait before actual loading begins. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Tight, crowded yard—difficult maneuvering with multiple rigs. No overnight parking. Street parking available in some spots. Restroom availability mixed (some reviews note clean bathrooms, others say none or poor condition). Driver waiting area across street mentioned. Nice lounge with leather recliners noted in at least one review. STAFF ATTITUDE Inconsistent. Reports range from "very friendly and kind" to "rude," "unprofessional," and "disrespectful." Multiple complaints about office staff not engaged or helpful. Some specific staff members praised; others heavily criticized. ACCESS Best approach via Highway 45 service road. Other local streets narrow and not truck-friendly. PAYMENT/BILLING Separate concern: company reportedly overdue on invoices, unresponsive to email inquiries.
