My appointment was at 5:00 AM. It is now 10:00 AM, and I am still waiting to be loaded. Five hours of waiting is completely unacceptable. There has been little to no communication from the staff, and the loading process is extremely slow. This kind of delay wastes drivers’ time and money. I hope this facility improves its efficiency and starts respecting appointment times.
I was able to deliver my load then the do date.
7/9/26..Teníamos entrega a las 8 am llegamos a las 7:30am nos dieron puerta 8:40 am y todavía esperando que terminen de descargar ya vamos para 5 horas . Nos confiamos la las opiniones anteriores pero o son falsas o tuvieron mucha suerte. Lo único que puedo agradecer de este lugar es que tienen parqueo para pasar la noche
The reviews are accurate. I arrived at 0555 for a 0600 appointment. I was in a door at 0625, unloaded with the green light at 0830. I received the BOL at 0945. Unfortunately not understanding why it takes so long to get the BOL from after being unloaded.. but luckily my next PU was next door. Just be aware dropping here you will be waiting, a long time. Not sure if the parking up front is overnight or just for staging. Other than the time it took, everything is smooth.
