WAIT TIMES & OPERATIONS Highly inconsistent. Some drivers through in under 2 hours; others report 4-6+ hours. Main bottleneck appears to be receiving/paperwork processing after unload—lumper service moves fast but then long delays waiting for documentation. Appointment scheduling exists but early arrival doesn't guarantee early processing. Live unload operation. CHECK-IN & SECURITY Quick and friendly security gate experience. Check-in paperwork processed immediately upon arrival. Early arrivals can check in 1-2 hours before appointment time. LUMPER FEES Expensive. $190-220 per pallet reported. Lumper service itself is fast and efficient, but fees are a significant cost factor. RECEIVING/PAPERWORK Major complaint. After unload complete and lumper fees paid, extended waits (1-4+ hours) for final paperwork/bills. Receivers are slow and show little urgency getting drivers out. One driver reported 1.5 hours for 4 pallets of one product with no breakdown. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Staff attitudes mixed but leaning positive. Security guard and entry staff consistently friendly and professional. Some receiving personnel noted as rude when asked to speed up process. Facility offers free snacks/drinks to drivers. Doors generally easy to back into. No overnight parking available. Staff can be dismissive about time-sensitive cargo (frozen goods reported left with doors open for extended periods). SCHEDULING Don't book pickups immediately after Dover deliveries—you'll miss them. Plan for unpredictable delays.

Very good place, docking is tight when busy, they let me come in early because dispatch told me 6am but appointment was actually for 7. Very organized. Watch close for where you actually enter, I passed it thinking arrow on sign meant down farther, but it actually meant enter here. Lol
First time here and took 4 hrs to unload.
OTR: Several truck restrictions are nearby. NO Overnight parking onsite. NO Parking on the side street.<br>Gated facility. One way traffic in facility yard. Open: Monday - Friday, 6am - 3 pm. May unload / load early on same day appointment.<br>Must have load details (pickup #, Load Destination, customer name). Lumper Fee will be applied.<br><br>Busy location. Limited space, but manageable to maneuver in yard. Docks 10- 15 VERY TIGHT for backing swing. Get Out And Look. Narrow docks / lane. Poor lighting at this location. Fast unload, long time to receive Lumper payment details.<br><br>The portable bathroom is available next to dock 12. Must have 2 load bars to secure load.<br><br>Tandems to the rear before docking. Must have Hi-Visibilty vest. Disconnect the Redline.<br><br>Pets allowed, but they must remain in the truck.
This place sucks got here at 8:15 am they unloaded me and 4 hours later still waiting for paperwork.. paid lumper fee of $392.00 holding my paperwork and me hostage.. avoid this place if you possibly can. Do better performance food service..
