Facility info

Appointment scheduling unreliable — drivers report arriving on time but waiting 4+ hours past scheduled time; others report quick turnarounds, so consistency is the issue No overnight parking at facility — nearest option is Walmart parking (unofficial, at your own risk) Freezing side (one of three buildings: dry, cold, frozen) — easiest operations; check-in at security booth, park left of booth, walk to office for dock assignment Unloading speed varies wildly — reports range from 35 minutes to 4+ hours for similar loads; appears dependent on staffing/day Lumper fee required (~$130–$200+) through Capstone; drivers report being charged when brokers/shippers should cover per modern logistics practices; you can charge lumper service for phone use to process payment Mandatory safety vest Do not break trailer seals until explicitly instructed by dock staff Security check on entry and exit Staff attitude inconsistent — some reviews note professionalism, others report rudeness and lack of communication Paperwork delays common — some drivers wait 1–2+ hours after unload completes before release Trucks unloaded out of sequence — multiple reports of later arrivals departing before earlier arrivals Multiple buildings on complex (dry, cold, frozen) — confirm correct location before arriving Load locks reported missing — secure or watch yours Weekend appointments may be processed differently (faster based on limited weekend reviews) Driver's license number collected at check-in

Here is a complex of several buildings for one company, "Performance Food Group". One building receives chilled products, and the next building receives dry goods. If you have frozen products, you need to go to the largest building (across the road from the others). All the buildings are marked on Google Maps: dry, cold, and frozen. At the entrance, where there's a booth and a barrier, they will record your information and tell you to park your truck to the left of the booth. Then you return to the booth to pick up a form with your information and go to the building opposite. There's an office there, and a person from Capstone is sitting on the right. Hand over your papers and park at the assigned dock. Do not remove the seals from the doors! A reflective vest is mandatory! Park a few feet away from the dock and wait for further instructions. After about two hours, they called me and told me to break the seal and back up to the dock for unloading. My appointment was scheduled for 6:00 AM. I arrived at the company at 5:10 AM. At 8:55 AM, they gave me the BOL and let me go. Immediately after unloading, I received a link for the lumper payment. My dispatcher paid the lumper immediately, and within half an hour, the office called me and informed me that my papers were ready. It wasn't so bad. Things are much worse across the road at the building for chilled products.<br>P.S. They unload quickly. The lumper fee is approximately $200+. Stay vigilant—they might steal your load locks. It wasn't the guys from WHS who did it, but rather the ones unloading nearby.

Great place to deliver. Brought a full load and was unload under 45 minutes but my load was prepaid. Guys were very professional and security guard lady was very professional and friendly. Ill come back anytime. Just remember and respect their policy you'll need a safety vest.
