OPERATIONS Appointments required. Receiving window closes at 2-3pm; late arrivals ($450+ after 1pm on some reports) not accepted after 4pm. Live load unload with Capstone lumper service (pay electronically or cash). Check in at guard shack with DOT#, license plate, safety vest required (PFG provides for $10 cash if needed). Second check-in with receiving office for door assignment. Slide tandems to rear before backing in. WAIT TIMES & THROUGHPUT Highly variable. Reports range 1-2 hours (good days) to 6-7+ hours (common). Lumper verification and paperwork processing create bottlenecks. Multiple trucks backing in after you often get doors first—system appears inconsistent. Only 2 unload doors operational despite 24-door facility in some reports. Heavy reliance on Capstone lumpers for counting/verification adds significant delay. FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking on property. Walmart nearby no longer permits overnight parking ($500 boot fine, $1400 tow). Pilot (12 miles) and Love's (27 miles) alternatives mentioned. Porta-potty available; some reports mention restrooms. Parking lot congestion reported. Yard space adequate for backing. Two separate warehouse sections (dry, frozen, refrigerated)—routing confusion common. STAFF & ATTITUDE Mixed. Security guards frequently friendly and professional. Receiving office staff variable—some very helpful, others described as rude, dismissive, or unfriendly. Capstone lumper staff ranges from excellent to extremely rude. Office can be slow at check-in window despite appearing busy. SAFETY & PROCEDURES Safety vest mandatory. Gates open 4:30-5am depending on section. Arrive early; strict appointment enforcement—arrive before 5am for 5am appointment may result in rejection. Traffic/construction delays incur late fees regardless of driver fault.
