Facility info
Appointment & Check-In Appointments required. Check in at gate/scale house with paperwork. Door assignment typically 30 minutes to 2+ hours after appointment time. Some early arrivals get expedited access if capacity allows. Unloading Mix of drop-and-hook and live unload. Actual unloading typically 15 minutes to 2 hours once in dock. Lumper fees $300-430+. Capstone handles lumper services. Paperwork Major pain point across reviews. Consistent 1-3 hour wait for bills/BOL after unloading completes, even for simple loads. Some drivers report 4+ hour delays. Staff sometimes tells drivers to park and wait for call rather than providing updates at dock. Overnight Parking Available inside facility. Useful for early appointments. Gate/security allows check-in at any hour. Facility & Staff Spacious yard with good backing room. Staff attitudes inconsistent — some reviews praise receiving staff as very nice and helpful; others report rude, dismissive, or unprofessional behavior, particularly at paperwork counter. One report of BOL mislabeled and found in trash. Facilities Restrooms available during business hours only. Free coffee mentioned. Limited overnight facilities beyond parking. Safety Security guard presence noted as pleasant. One report of unloading occurring on green dock light despite driver not being in position — verify dock status before departure. Bottom Line Fast unload, brutal paperwork delays. Plan for 3-5 hours total. Staff quality varies significantly by shift.

Very slow here been here since 2:30 in the morning because they have overnight parking My appointment is at 7 o’clock. Went to check to see what was going on because I was not called yet for a door. They telling me that nothing on the floor has been tagged or been put away yet. Everybody needs to stop joking around inside and take their job seriously because we have other appointments as well and this is all Capstone people don’t know why they just don’t hire regular people instead of a third-party unloading truckers pretty much it seems like they just want to get a paycheck instead of earning their paycheck.
Best thing About This Place, Was Paying Lumper 464.00 dollars for 6 pallets, Under 7,000 lbs. AND LEAVING AFTER 2.5 hours waiting for dock, was there 1.5 hours Early. Took BOL ANOTHER 1.45 minutes So 3.25 hours for Everything. WILL NOT BE BACK THERE FOR ANYTHING. STAFF OK AND WELCOMED ME, BUT FORGOT ABOUT ME, AS SOON AS I DOCKED IN DOOR 17. Remember The Life you save, May Be Your Own! -Mongoose!
